We think it would be good if every plumber publicly offered a warranty on their labour and the parts they install in people’s homes. On top of this, it’s ideal when a plumber also offers a satisfaction guarantee – assuring you, the paying customer, that the repair or installation you pay for is not done until you’re satisfied that it’s finished.
